Today I bought more books than I knew I should and came very close to buying a Nook. Luckily I walked OUT of Barnes & Noble BEFORE I could make such a stupid purchase. I'm planning on asking for gift cards for my birthday so that I can possibly have one before Christmas. Just not now.
The books I bought today:
*The Mystery of Grace by Charles de Lint (OMG! A new book! Well, it came out last year but it's new to me!)
*Jane Slayre by Charlotte Bronte and Sherri Browning Erwin (I went out of my way to find this book today!)
*Little Women and Werewolves by Louisa May Alcott and Porter Grand (yet another book I need like another hole in my head but if I'm going to collect all the editions of Little Women that I can find, this should certainly be one of them)
*Hard Magic by Laura Anne Gilman (a new series by an author I ADORE! Paranormal Scene Investigations looks like a fun job!)
*And Falling, Fly by Skyler White (I was drawn to this book first by the picture and then by the title - but hey! Fallen angels!)
*Soullesss by Gail Carriger (this is the first in a new Steampunk series that I've been wanting to start for awhile so Hooray!)
