Hannah lifted the plate up so it was closer to her mouth. It would have ruined her schedule if she had just skipped lunch so she’d decided to eat quickly and leave.
“See you guys later,” she said as she sat the dish down with a triumphant smile. The other Hufflepuffs were staring at her in awe and trepidation. She didn’t care. If she wanted to make it to the O.W.L.’s study session that Anthony was leading, she needed to run for it.
“Was that Hannah?” she heard someone ask, but they didn’t need to know where she was going.
